Your rooftop, our PV plant – for a sustainable world
PowerU is a company that leases the roof areas of industrial and commercial buildings in order to place its PV farms which allow building owners and tenants access to green energy.
PowerU, as the owner of the PV farm, is responsible for the following activities:
- Development – all costs of designing the installation and acquiring all required regulatory permissions: environmental, power connection, construction regulations
- EPC – construction of photovoltaic installations
- O&M – servicing and maintenance
- IPP – obtaining the required regulatory concession for the production and sale of electricity including energy balancing (acquiring energy in the periods when energy is not produced by the photovoltaic installation due to adverse weather conditions)
There is no CAPEX reguired to build a PV farm.
PowerU can provide your warehouses with green energy from a solar farm built on the roof, but also from its other renewable energy sources owned by the companies of the PowerU capital group (about 300,000 GWh green energy available from wind, PV and biogas plants).
